Easy Start to Pain Free Life

I’d like to share my secret how I start each day to keep my body moving without pain. It is so easy and requires very little to no effort other than to lie back down after you emerge from bed in the morning. It takes 10 minutes and will energize as well as set you up for a great day! So instead of hitting the snooze button, just roll out of bed onto your mat for ten more minutes. Read more below!

TIMBo will give you tools to allow you to live much more comfortably in your body! To feel your feelings, examine your coping strategies, change the ones that no longer serve you & create other coping strategies that are more life-affirming & not harmful. The sessions are one hour a week for eight weeks & includes workbook-based discussions on topics such as perspective, fear, creativity, guilt, confidence, shame, compassion, resentment, communication, feeling stuck, awareness, resiliency & faith.
