Join J for a Relaxing Yoga, Pranayama (breath practices) & Meditation class. Both New & Experienced students welcome! We will practice restorative (easeful) poses to help us pause, relax & “de-stress.” By doing so, it will help us to be more mindful about meaningful ways we can choose to celebrate the holidays to manifest love, joy & peace during this sacred time. Sign up online by pressing the “Purchase Online” tab under “Yoga” at top of page by Sat. Nov. 30th-price is $15.00 per person; after Nov. 30th until day of class-price is $20.00.
