Well, here we are on Election Day! The results are not in yet. It has been quite a journey for all of us the last 18 months. Take a moment & notice how you are feeling. Whether your feeling anxious, peaceful, exhausted, optimistic (or any other feelings), pause & just notice. Then choose to take 10 deep breaths in & out through your nose. Allow your breath to flow freely. Then notice & feel your body, all the sensations in your body. Feel & remember the fullness, tenacity & peacefulness of each breath. Notice how each breath helps you to feel more aware, grounded & calm.
May we all remember that whatever the outcome, our individual response to the election & our individual contributions that we make each day to the world truly matter & are significant… What do you choose to contribute to the world each day? How do you choose to think, speak & act with awareness each day to bring more love, compassion, understanding, joy & peace to yourself & others?
