Yoga and meditation are sacred practices of self-love; and also practices to deepen our love for and with the Divine. Massage and craniosacral treatments are opportunities to practice self-love. All of these practices help us remember our wholeness and worthiness. When we remember our divine fullness, it inspires and motivates us to live and act from a place of love and our innate goodness.
With gratitude for the breath, it inspires us to be more conscious about the blessings in our lives-especially the ones that we can't place a price tag on like love, family, our spiritual beliefs and practices, friends, our work, nature, passions, etc.... The sacred practices of yoga, meditation and prayer awaken us to our breath and our highest Self each time we come on our mat.
