Breath practices, meditation and yoga help us to stay steady, ground, sit with uncertainty and keep coming back to our resilience, strength and tenderness of heart. May we remember that when we turn inward in yogic and other spiritual practices that there is an Awakening to: Certainty in the midst of Uncertainty; Calm in the midst of Chaos; Steadiness in the midst of Unsteadiness; Courage in the Midst of Anxiety and Fear; Strength in the midst of Fragility; and Peace and Comfort in the midst of Pandemonium.
