I was blessed to recently study with one of my favorite teacher & scholars, Dr. Bill Mahony, a yoga philosophy expert. He offered that the opposite of fear is trust. That when we feel fearful & anxious, we want to practice remembering what we trust.. Remembering what we know. That will always bring us back to Love, Divine Love & all the qualities of Divine Love. What do you trust? Just take a moment & ask yourself this question… We trust our experiences of Love, Kindness, Compassion, Integrity, Generosity, Gratitude. These are all attributes of Love. These are all qualities we admire in ourselves & in others, right? Our hearts innately yearn to elevate our awareness & consciousness & increase our capacity to live these qualities more each day.
