Where do you need to practice Forgiveness to feel more Freedom?

When we do not forgive ourselves and/or others, we can become angry, fearful, distrusting and weaken our energy. Not forgiving can leave us feeling limited, burdened and powerless.  When we connect to Spirit and practice forgiveness, it manifests in more freedom-(“Swatantrya”- independent freedom in our heart and soul.)  The courageous work of forgiveness supports us to live in our spiritual power, root in love & compassion, increase our energy and free the heart and soul!

Join J for a practice of standing poses, back bends and twists, pranayama (breath practices) & meditation to access our strength & courage to forgive so we can live with more freedom.
